Terms of Service

1. Service and scope

Arzhu.com is an online project workspace provided by Datakale. Creating an account means accepting these terms. You must have capacity to enter into a contract and authority to represent any business you act for.

The current release supports accounts, project drafts, direct editing, media, revision history and support. AI generation, paid checkout, module installation and site publishing are not yet available. Mentioning a feature or placing it on a roadmap does not include it in the current service.

2. Accounts and teams

Provide accurate, current account information and protect your password, devices and workspace permissions. Report suspected misuse through support. Agencies and teams are responsible for managing access and obtaining authority to act for their customers.

3. Content rights

Existing rights in uploaded content, logos, text and files remain with you or their respective owners. You give Arzhu the permission needed to store, display and process content according to your instructions to provide the service. This does not grant a right to sell your content independently or use it for advertising.

You must hold the necessary rights and permissions for the material you provide. Public availability online is not automatic permission to reuse content. Do not upload private or sensitive information about others without the necessary authority and protections.

4. Hosted access

Arzhu is a service operated on our servers. A subscription or credit purchase does not transfer platform source code, provide FTP/file-system access or include a downloadable application package. Available management and editing functions are provided through the Arzhu interface. Your statutory personal-data access and other rights remain unaffected.

5. Credits and charges

Eligible verified registrations currently receive 100 signup credits: after email verification for manual registration or through a verified Google address for Google registration. The same award is not repeated on sign-in or account linking. Using fake or multiple accounts to abuse awards is prohibited. Credits are service usage units, not cash, deposits or investments.

When paid plans or credits become available, prices, scope, duration, renewal, usage charges and cancellation/refund conditions will be shown before purchase. These terms alone do not authorize a charge. Mandatory consumer and withdrawal rights remain; no blanket no-refund rule applies.

6. Acceptable use

Fraud, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, rights infringement, unlawful content and disruptive use are prohibited. Do not attempt to exceed access limits, obtain data from other workspaces or disable security controls.

Review created or edited content for accuracy, suitability and rights. Outputs of future AI features also require review; commercial success, freedom from errors or uniqueness is not guaranteed.

7. External services

Services you choose, such as Google, also have their own terms. An Arzhu account does not automatically subscribe you to these services or authorize actions on their behalf. Their outages can affect related features. Personal-data use is explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Support, suspension and leaving

You may request account closure or data deletion through support or the email below. Requests are reviewed manually. Security threats, unlawful use or serious breaches may result in proportionate access restrictions. Reasons and a way to contest the decision will be provided unless law or security prevents this.

Maintenance and development may cause interruptions. Contact support about suspicious activity, loss of access or faults. The effects of closing your account on content and mandatory records will be explained when processing your request.

9. Liability, updates and disputes

These terms do not exclude obligations or consumer protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. In particular, there is no blanket exclusion for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be limited. Claims are assessed under the relevant facts and law.

Material changes will be communicated appropriately and will not retroactively remove acquired rights. Turkish law applies, subject to mandatory protections in a consumer’s place of residence and access to competent authorities. Contacting support first may help resolve an issue but is not a condition for exercising legal rights.
